CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! As each appointment is fully customized and time-blocked for your best experience, any cancellations must be made 72hr in advance. If you want to completely cancel your appointment with less than 72hr notice, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service cost. In the chance that you have not signed the cancellation form but all points of contact on file were used with ample time before your appointment that results in a late cancellation or no call/no show, the esthetician, Sidney Gabower, will charge your card 90% of the booked service cost. All no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 90% of the service cost.

I’m Sidney, as a USAF veteran and a mom first, but here at grounded. I’m the Founder, Lead Licensed Esthetician, certified acne specialist and birth doula. I put a strong emphasis on holistic health at my practice, where we dive deep to tackle the root cause of any skin concerns and help you become your best self inside and out.
