We understand that life HAPPENS. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us or do so at least 48hr before your scheduled appointment time. There will be a card on file for all clients. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48hr notice, the card on file will be charged 30% of the booked service cost. All no-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service cost. In the chance that the card on file is declined, you will be notified via contact information with an invoice of the service fees due and all fees must be paid before another appointment may be booked.
